Rock band Serpico closed out 2025 with their fourth album, Dressed in Flesh. The nine-track album is their first full-length album since 2022. The LP is an ode to Classic Rock and reminds listeners that “Rock n’ Roll is Not Dead.”
Serpico bring the soul back to Rock music. The project borrows from various subgenres of Rock ‘n’ Roll, such as Glam Rock, Metal, and Punk. Dressed in Flesh is an authentic, pointed body of work. The album is laced with booming, raw vocals, face-melting guitar riffs, and palpable lyrics. “The album is a statement against the over-processed, personality-free sound dominating modern Rock.” Serpico continue, “More than a nostalgic throwback, Dressed in Flesh is a declaration: Rock music does not need perfection – it needs honesty, risk, and soul.”
Dressed in Flesh was recorded fully analog on magnetic tape at Astia Studio with legendary producer Anssi Kippo. In an era with AI and rehashed music, Serpico’s Dressed in Flesh is a refreshing reminder that sonic innovation is daring and bold, and human imperfection is perfection.
