Singer-songwriter Grace de Gier makes her 2025 debut with her latest song, “Done.” “Done” is the songstress’ first release since “Not A Fool.” “Done” is an Alt-Rock track with strikingly raw, impassioned vocals and booming instrumentation, courtesy of multi-instrumentalist and producer Edgar.
“Done” is an emotionally-charged record. It is a vulnerable piece as it is inspired by real-life experiences. The song tackles somber topics, but does so in an empowering manner. “‘Done’ is about finding clarity after the storm — embracing the truth and discovering strength in letting go.” Grace de Gier continues, “It turns vulnerability into strength, transforming raw emotion into a universal story of resilience and healing.”
The black-and-white music video is gritty and cinematic. The unique scenes within the visual give it a haunting, mysterious feel that pairs well with the song’s tone.
“Done” is an enchanting single with immaculate production. The song was mastered by seven-time GRAMMY winner Adam Ayan. The year may be done, but don’t stop playing “Done” on repeat.
