The ballad dives into love and relationships. It is about clinging onto a rocky relationship in hopes that it will pay off and last. “The song is likening a doomed romance to a game of poker where you’re not worried about the money that you’ve lost, instead you’re clinging to the idea that the winning hand might just be yours,” Mimika explains.
