Minneapolis-based collective Hallaballoo release an edgy Rock jam, “Undercover B*tch.” The raw, tongue-in-cheek song features emotive vocals and impassioned lyrics. The gritty, grungy instrumentation sets the tone and ties the song together.
“Undercover B*tch” is exactly about that. The title of the song alludes to its topic. The bold song unabashedly details two-faced individuals. The song embodies the phrase, “everything that glitters ain’t gold.”
The song’s sardonic, rugged lyrics and tone make it a catchy anthem. Hallaballoo enlisted a dream team for the record. Kaity Heart provided vocals, while legendary producer Ron Nevison mixed the song and Craig Holets mastered it.
“Undercover B*tch” serves as a lead single for Hallaballoo’s forthcoming fourth album, Gravity. The budding collective has since released five singles. Press play on “Undercover B*tch” and stay tuned for what Hallaballoo have in store.
