Following the release of “Say What You Wanna Say,” Music Factory Records’ The All’s Eye kicked off the summer with “Carriage House.” The dynamic trio, guitarist/composer Ari Joshua, drummer Ben Atkind, and keyboardist Kris Yunker, impressively recorded “Carriage House” in one night at the iconic Carriage House Studios – thus, inspiring the titular. The eclectic masterpiece masterfully blends various genres of music: Funk, Jazz, Soul, etc.
The genre-fluid nature of the song gives it a richly unique sound. The groovy, psychedelic soundscape, and the song’s smooth transitions and layers make the track so captivating. The song also allows for each member to shine through various breakdowns.
“Carriage House” was engineered by Mclee Mathais, mixed by Jakael Tristram, and mastered by Joe Lambert. The engineering trio helped polish and spruce up “Carriage House.” The record’s release coincided with The All’s Eye’s Pacific Northwest tour. Follow The All’s Eye and stay tuned for what’s next.
