Budding teen singer Amelina kicks off the month of December with holiday bliss. The rising songstress closes out the calendar year with her sophomore EP, Season of Joy. The six-track EP features fan-favorite “A New Year’s Wish” and five never-before-heard songs. Amelina effortlessly blends traditional Holiday music with her captivatingly distinctive Pop Rock sound.

Season of Joy starts off with a Christmas classic. Amelina provides listeners with a fresh rendition of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” Another classic comes next, “Run Run Rudolph.” Amelina’s polished, powerful voice shines brightly on the record. Track three, “A New Year’s Wish,” is an original anthem that was penned and produced by Michael Philippenko, arranged by Sergey Chzhel, and mixed/mastered by Yaroslav Pidganiuk. The song is a cheery track with a magical soundscape. The song was brought to life through a visual that was directed by renowned director Elizaveta Sheyanenko.

“Dreamer” pays homage to the late great Ozzy Osbourne and continues with the inspirational vibes from “A New Year’s Wish.” It is a piano-laced, cinematic jam that is heartfelt and palpable. The penultimate song, “DJ play a Christmas song,” is the English-Spanish version of Cher’s fiery song. Amelina’s version is more up-tempo, making it a fun, danceable record. Amelina also showcases her versatility and range through her bilingual lyrics. The finale, “Happy New Year,” follows perfectly due to its Dance sound. The EDM song features ultra-talented singer-songwriter Anastasia Lasko. The duet in the song is flawless and mellifluous.
