Singer-songwriter Katie Dwyer ends her three-year hiatus with her latest album, Warm Fuzzies. Warm Fuzzies is the songstress’ third album. The seventeen-track LP is a children’s music extravaganza.

Warm Fuzzies is an energetic body of work. The songs encompass a variety of music genres: doo-wop, jazz, pop, rock, etc. The songs are geared towards kids and families. The album is meant to be fun and makes listeners get up and groove, but Katie Dwyer made sure to make the songs meaningful and thought-provoking. “It’s important to me that while kids are having fun, dancing, and being silly, they’re also learning some important life lessons.” Katie Dwyer continues: “With Warm Fuzzies, I wanted to highlight some situations that might be a little harder for children to navigate. I’ve also included songs about kind behaviors, such as inclusion, saying hello to friends, and putting good into the world.”

Katie Dwyer emphasized the family message as her daughter, Hazel Dwyer, provided vocals on a few songs on Warm Fuzzies. Katie Dwyer enlisted a dream team for the album: Blake Fougerousse (bass/guitar), Matt Nelson (piano), Ryan Ceola (engineer), and Sean Campbell (drums/percussion). The International Songwriting Competition winner and John Lennon Songwriting Contest finalist is back like she never left. Press play on Warm Fuzzies and let it give you that warm, fuzzy feeling today.
